Step 1:
To reschedule your Making Experience booking, please locate the link provided in your confirmation email.

Step 2:
Once you've accessed the link, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "cancel" button.

Step 3:
Follow the steps provided to cancel your booking.

Step 4:
Select "Gift card" as your refund method to receive a code that you can use for a future booking.
